I am honored to be asked to participate in the "ask an expert" program.  This program, a part of Headstore AG, provides users with quick business answers and advice. I will be answering questions on the following topics:

External Business Crises:

Branding and reputation crisis, social media crisis, external bullying of staff and/or executives, "revenge" reviews, legitimate negative reviews, employee scandals, viral poor customer service response, branding and advertising missteps, protests and hate campaigns, unfavorable media coverage, etc.

Internal Business Crises:

Bullying by co-worker or supervisor, sexual harassment. hostile work environments, toxic team members, internal branding sabotage, whistle blower issues, blackmail and shame campaigns, negative corporate culture, re-branding clarity, lack of/ineffective customer service protocol, etc.
