Compartmentalization Worksheet

Being the victim of stalking, harassment, and reputation abuse can be debilitating. This is especially true when you aren’t certain who is behind the attacks.

Finding who is behind the abuse is certainly a goal, but that can take time. In some cases, you may never find out for sure.  Therefore, my immediate goal is to weather this storm and help you regain control over your life

I have developed what I call the 4 C’s of Crisis Management. This worksheet will help with the first “C” which is to compartmentalize.

Identifying the Platforms and Abuse Format:

When you are being attacked, it often seems that you are being attacked from all directions. However, in reality, the attacks may just happen through Facebook or through email and aren’t happening on other platforms. Identifying the platforms used will help us to contain and minimize the attacks, as well as potentially identify the attacker.
